Terrence M. Lee, 34, is wanted on outstanding warrants in Albany and Rensselaer counties on charges of grand larceny, possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny.

Lee was last known to live in Troy and goes by the alias “King Banks,” according to police.

He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
