State Police looking for missing man

State Police in Chestertown is seeking the public’s help in looking for a missing man who may be in the Albany area.

James Carroll is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs around 230 pounds. He was last seen on Thursday wearing a navy blue baseball cap, gray short-sleeved New England Patriots T-shirt, tan cargo shorts and brown Reebok work boots.

He may be driving a 2016 red Jeep Wrangler with NY license plate ECA6214. Police said Carroll may have a medical issue.
