State Police mark 19th anniversary of Scotia teen’s disappearance

Tuesday marked 19 years since the disappearance of Craig Frear.

He was last seen in 2004 in Scotia, walking into the woods, along train tracks near the Cambridge Manor Apartments in Scotia. He was 17 at the time.

New York State Police tweeted about the case Tuesday afternoon, saying they continue their efforts to find him.

State police conducted a search in June 2021 in this case for the first time in four years.
