Tuesday marked 10 years since an arson at 438 Hulett Street in Schenectady, that killed a man and three children, and left a young child badly burned. No one has been held accountable in that case.
The early morning fire on May 2, 2013, killed David Terry, along with three-year-old Layal Terry, Michael Terry, 2 and Donovan Duell, 11 months.
Sa’fyre Terry survived, but was left with burns over 75% of her body.
Though several people were charged with perjury after the fire, no one has been charged with arson or in the deaths of the four victims.
