Suspect accused of punching Albany delivery driver

A man is accused of punching a delivery driver in the face and stealing her food.
Nasir Shabazz punched the delivery driver in the face several times on North Pearl Street, while she was making a delivery for Domino’s, police said.
It happened August 29 at just before midnight.
The victim was left with a swollen face.
Shabazz is facing robbery charges.
He was arraigned and sent to the Albany County Jail.
