A teen is now facing charges for allegedly having a weapon on school grounds.

Catskill Police say a 14-year-old is accused of showing a weapon in the parking lot of Catskill High School.

We are told this happened after school hours.
               

Police say there is no evidence to suggest the teen brought the weapon into the school or made any threats.

They are now charged with possession of a weapon.
