A teenager is arrested for allegedly crashing a car into a restaurant’s outdoor seating area.

We first showed you this incredible surveillance video on Thursday.

This happened at the Twisted Fiddler in Troy.

Now, Troy Police tell us a 14-year-old was behind the wheel.

They say the teenager stole the car.

He will be referred to the Youth Justice System.
