Teen stabbed in Albany

A 16-year-old is recovering after a stabbing in Albany.
It happened at around 2:45 p.m. in the area of Central Avenue and Quail Street, according to Albany Police.
The teen had a puncture wound to the back. They were treated and taken to Albany Medical Center with what appears to be a non-life-threatening injury, police said.
Police are speaking to a person of interest, but no arrest have been confirmed at this time.
