Ten people have been arrested in a child predator sting in Berkshire County.

Law enforcement officers posed as 14 and 15-year-old girls on various platforms. The suspects communicated with the officers and arranged to meet them in the Berkshires with the intent to pay money in exchange for sex, according to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office.

The operation was partially funded by a Human Trafficking Enforcement grant awarded to the District Attorney’s Office.

The following people were arrested and charged:

• Sydney Brodrick, 21, of Pittsfield – possession of obscene material and distribution of obscene material
• Ted Crosby, 56, Pittsfield – sexual conduct for a fee, entice child under 16, attempt to commit a crime, pose/exhibit child in sexual act
• Roger Prell, 67, Pittsfield – pay for sexual conduct with child under 18, obscene matter to minor, entice child under 16, attempt to commit crime
• Dana Brookman, 31, Pittsfield – entice child under 16, obscene matter to minor and attempt to commit crime
• Eduardo/Kevin Mirana Hernandez – enticement of a child under 16, attempt to commit crime, procure liquor for person under 21, also an active warrant for strangulation.
• Jonathan Kornbluth, 45, Housantonic – entice child under 16, attempt to commit crime, drug possession
• Forhad Chaudhury, 40, Ronkonkoma, NY – pay for sexual conduct with child under 18, entice child under 16, attempt to commit crime
• Jean Arce, 39, Westfield, Mass. – pay for sexual conduct with child under 18, entice child under 16, attempt to commit crime
• Dominick Boschetto, 30, Broofkield – sexual conduct for a fee, enticement for sex of child under 16
• Steven Clercidor was still being processed.
