Troy to honor 3 for life-saving efforts
Three people in Troy are being recognized for their lifesaving efforts.
Mayor Carmella Mantello and the City Council are honoring them for helping to save someone from choking at the Red Front Restaurant in December.
The city will commend Dr. Tessa Labounty, firefighter Richard Bellamy and Joseph Elgeiser.
The heroes are being honored in the City Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m.
