Tonko applauds judge’s decision to reject plea deal in Schoharie crash

Congressman Paul Tonko shares a hometown with many of the Schoharie crash victims.

He applauded the move to reject the plea deal for the limo company operator, saying it provides much justice for their families.

“Nothing can reverse the loss and terrible tragedy they’ve had to absorb, but justice served in the courtroom will be a powerful thing for them,” said Tonko.
