Twelve jurors and two alternates have been picked in the case of a Gansevoort man accused of sexually assaulting a woman he met on a dating app.

Michael Pelletier is facing charges for criminal sex act.

This took place in June 2023 at a home on Selfridge Road in Moreau, officials said.

Pelletier was arrested the same day after an investigation.

His Saratoga County Court appearances have been rescheduled multiple times.
