Trial for Brian Crossman Jr.. of Granville, who is accused of murdering family set for 2026
The trial for the Washington County man accused of murdering his father, stepmother and teenager stepbrother last year will most likely not start until early 2026.
Brian Crossman Jr., 22, is accused of killing the three family members in the early morning hours of Sept. 15. The crime allegedly took place at the family home in Pawlet, Vermont, which is just over the New York border.
In October, Crossman Jr. pleaded not guilty to three counts of murder.
Court documents show a schedule for the case, which states that a jury draw will take place no sooner than February 2026.
