The trial for the man accused of killing Stephan Curley in 2022 is set to begin on Monday, according to NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Berkshire Eagle.

Laquan Johnson is accused of shooting and killing Curley and injuring his girlfriend on Von Nida Avenue.

Curley was shot four times and later died at the hospital.

Johnson pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He was previously accused of murder back in 2014, but that case was dismissed during trial, five years later.
