Trio accused of scaring kids in car during Malta fight

Three men are facing charges after allegedly banging on a car while children were inside.
State police arrested the three men after a Monday night altercation in Malta.
One man, Douglas MacWhinnie, was holding a hammer, police said, while Richard MacWhinnie and Michael Tranka were hitting the car, causing damage.
All three were yelling and acting in a way that scared those inside the car – three adults, and two children under 12. Tranka is also accused of exposing himself during the dispute.
All three were arrested and are facing various charges.
No one was injured during the dispute.
