Troy City Hall reopens amid burglary investigation

Troy City Hall is back open as police continue to investigate a break-in in the building.
The break-in left a big mess behind but no real damage, police said.
Law enforcement got a call around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning about a break-in.
Some laptops were taken investigators said.
No arrests have been made.
