Troy encourages participation in upcoming Earth Day program

And the city of Troy is already encouraging people to get involved.
The city is hosting an Earth Day cleanup program.
Every April, people in the city and business owners come together to beautify the collar city.

Cleanup projects will be held from April 15th to the 23rd.
