Troy man charged with shooting three people remains in jail

A Troy man charged with shooting three people last week at an apartment complex remains in jail after a Tuesday court appearance.

Hector Rodriguez, 35, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges last week.

Troy police say a man, a woman and child were hurt in the shooting at the Corliss Park Apartments last Wednesday night.

Rodriguez knew at least one of the victims, said police, but they would not discuss a motive.

His next court appearance is set for April 25.
