Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello pushing for affordable, mixed-use housing

Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello was making history Wednesday night, as the first female mayor to deliver the State of the City address in Troy.

Mantello is focusing on making Troy a home for residents, and is pushing for affordable and mixed-use housing, she told NewsChannel 13 on Wednesday morning.

She says everyone deserves a safe and accessible place to call home.
