Troy Police investigating assault near 4th Street early Sunday morning

Troy Police tell NewsChannel 13 that they are investigating an assault that happened in Troy overnight.

It happened just after midnight Sunday in the area of 125 4th Street.

We are told that an adult male stabbed another adult male during an argument.

Police say there is no indication of any ongoing threat to the community, and detectives are actively investigating to identify and locate the suspect.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
