Troy Police investigating Saturday night robbery

The Troy Police Department is investigating a robbery that happened on Saturday evening.

It happened at the Citgo at 245 Second Avenue around 10 p.m.

A male suspect displayed a wooden stick, stole money from the register, and fled the scene, said Troy PD.

Police do not have any indication that the suspect is otherwise armed.

No injuries occurred during the incident, said police.

Troy Police say evidence technicians processed the scene and detectives will continue to investigate.
