Troy Police haven’t released video footage of man who drowned

Troy Police have not yet released body camera or car video of their interactions with a man who drowned Monday. Police said they tried to stop a man on a bike on Second Avenue in Lansingburgh. Authorities said he ended up on First Avenue riding onto a driveway, then over an embankment and into the Hudson River. Police said they tried to rescue him, but they later found him dead underwater.
