Troy Police seek juvenile in theft at ATM
Troy Police are looking for a juvenile who allegedly stole cash from a person at an ATM.
It happened on Dec. 19 at the Key Bank at 820 2nd Avenue. A woman told police that she was depositing cash, when a juvenile male stole it and ran away, police said.
