A historic swearing-in ceremony in the city of Troy, as the city now has its first-ever female police captain.

Captain Margaret Magnetto was sworn in by Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello and Police Chief Dan Dewolf.

Captain Magnetto has been with the department for 17 years.
