Trucking company owner pleads guilty to fraud
The owner of a trucking company in New Jersey is pleading guilty to fraud connected to a distribution facility in Greene County.

The U.S. attorneys office say 44 year old Juller Perez Salcedo pled guilty Friday to conspiring to commit fraud, and tax evasion.
He admitted that from 2015 to 2019, he used the bedding company’s trucks and drivers to transport merchandise from west coxsackie to his truck yard in New Jersey.
The attorney’s office say he caused an estimated total loss of more than $420,000 to the company in Greene County and evaded pay of nearly $480,000 in taxes.
He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
