The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office has provided an update to us in their investigation concerning a 3-year-old’s death in Corinth on Wednesday.
Officials say Samantha E. Dylewski, 32, and Matthew J. Dylewski, 33, both from Corinth, were arrested on Friday.
Both are accused of knowingly acting in a way likely to be harmful to the physical, mental, or moral welfare of five children all less than 17 years old, said the Sheriff’s Office.
They were charged with five counts each of endangering the welfare of a child (class A misdemeanor).
Police say they were arraigned in the Corinth Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
The Sheriff’s Office says the investigation remains ongoing.
