The Berkshires were pummeled with snow. Some parts saw more than two feet by 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
Pittsfield Police posted on Facebook Tuesday morning to ask drivers to do them a favor and stay off the roads.
Not only were trees and wires down – people were also getting stuck.
NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle caught video on West Street, where police had to stop traffic to help a truck that was stuck.
A tree also fell on a home on Williams Street. No one was hurt.
Power was knocked out to thousands of residents across the county.
