Two men accused of killing Guilderland High grad back in Arizona court

Two men accused of murdering a former Guilderland woman in the Arizona desert earlier this year appeared virtually today in a Yavapai County courtroom.

Cavett Richards and William DalCerro are facing criminal charges for their alleged involvement in the death of Shayna Feinman, 35, who was last seen in March 2024. Her body has never been found.

Richards, the woman’s boyfriend, has been charged with second degree murder, conspiracy, and concealing a dead body, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.

DalCerro, 58, is also facing charges for his alleged involvement in Feinman’s death. He owned the property where Feinman and Richards had been living.

According to Kara Feinman, Shayna’s sister, Shayna told friends she was fearful for her safety, and shortly before her disappearance had gotten into an argument with DalCerro.

Even though Shayna’s body has not been found, authorities have said they’ve developed enough probable cause to file murder charges.

In an interview with KPHX-TV 12News (NBC). Kara Feinman said, “It’s suspicious if you’re not cooperating and somebody is missing, and you are one of the last people to be seen with her. Wouldn’t you want to find out what happened? Wouldn’t you want to help find her, especially if you were seeing her and she was your partner?”

Richards and DalCerro due back in court Monday, Oct. 21.
