Two people charged after search of Albany home

Two people are facing drug charges after a search of Albany home.

Albany Police searched a home on the 400 block of Hamilton Street near Quail Street just before 7 p.m. Tuesday as part of an investigation.

Adrian Green, 41, and Millard Hammond, 46, allegedly had powder cocaine.

Green and Hammond were each charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Hammond also was charged with two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

They were scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Albany City Criminal Court.
