Warren County man gets over a decade in prison for child porn

A Warren County man was sentenced to over 11 years in prison for possessing child pornography.

Peter Bratis, of Chestertown, had previously admitted to using a Google Drive account to store images depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

Bratis had previously been convicted in Warren County Court on second-degree rape involving abusive sexual conduct against a minor, prosecutors said.

Bratis has been in custody since his arrest in August 2022.

He also must serve 25 years of supervised release.
