Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrest three in Whitehall narcotics investigation
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested three people involved in a narcotics investigation in Whitehall on Thursday.
They say they arrested Robert Periard Jr., 41, Robert Periard Sr., 54, and Priscilla Lancaster, 27, all three from Whitehall.
Police say investigation determined these three people were involved in the sales of narcotics in Whitehall.
The Sheriff’s Office says a quantity of crack cocaine, US currency, two unregistered handguns, an unregistered assault rifle, and a pistol grip shotgun were seized during the execution of a search warrant at their residence at 9850 State Route 4 in Whitehall.
Periard Jr. and Periard Sr. were charged with the following:
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- Second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia
- Endangering the welfare of a child
Periard Jr. was also arrested on an arrest warrant from a Washington County Grand Jury indictment. Both were arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment on Friday.
Lancaster was charged with the following:
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Three counts of criminal possession of a weapon
- Second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia
- Endangering the welfare of a child
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says they were assisted by the New York State Police Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement (VGNET) and the Hudson Falls Police Department.
