The winner of the 42nd annual Arsenal City Run through Watervliet will now take home more than bragging rights. Mayor Charles Patricelli decided to create a trophy for the winner and he designed it to honor Melique Garcia, who graduated from Watervliet High School and competed this past summer at the Paris Olympics.
