Weekend Saratoga Springs burglary raises questions about bail reform
Lola Saratoga in Saratoga Springs was burglarized over the weekend. The three men accused in the burglary were set free.
New York State Sen. Jim Tedisco has some strong words after three men accused of burglarizing a high-end shop in Saratoga Springs were set free.
Lola Saratoga was burglarized for a third time in a year. All three suspects were arrested in connection to this most recent burglary on Aug. 10.
The alleged burglars are from Washington, D.C. The judge told all three suspects that they’re allowed to go free because burglary of a business is not a bailable offense.
