Food drive in Glens Falls helping veterans

A food drive in Glens Falls is supporting local veterans.
The Pines at Glens Falls Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation held its 5th annual food drive in support of the Veterans & Community Housing Coalition.
The event last Friday raised more than $1,000, organizers said.
They filled an entire van with food and household donations for the VCHC veterans’ food pantry, which serves homeless and at-risk veterans and their families throughout our area.
All donations go directly to VCHC, a nonprofit based in Ballston Spa.
