Dina and Iggy Vardi are taking the reins at Jackson’s Old Chatham House in Chatham.
The restaurant has been owned and operated by three generations of Jacksons for more than 80 years.
The Vardis say it’s more than just a business opportunity, and they intend to uphold the restaurant’s tradition.
