A Saratoga Lake restaurant has a new name.

Lago by Druthers has taken over the former 550 Waterfront space. Those behind the restaurant said they transformed the space, concept and menu to create a lakeside, family friendly and approachable vibe for everyone.

The restaurant has also revamped its menu. Starters include calamari, beer cheese, and a shrimp basket.

You’ll also find wings, salads, sandwiches, specialty pizzas and more on the new menu.

If you’re in the mood for dessert, milkshakes, key lime pie and flourless chocolate cake are popular.

When it comes to cocktails, there are frozen drinks, boozy milk shakes, wine, beer and non-alcoholic options.
