Roy Rojas exemplifies an American success story. Emigrating here as a young man while serving as a Head Waiter on Royal Caribbean's "Brilliance of the Seas", he learned the restaurant trade and now, decades later, leads a growing empire of restaurants and bars in our region.

The Capital Region Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at 118 Central Ave. in Albany to celebrate the reopening.
