There is a new Mexican food spot in Waterford.

“I Love Rosa” opened on Broad Street.

The menu features appetizers like loaded nachos, stuffed fried plantain bites and tostadas.

Three are also classics like tacos, burritos, empanadas and handcrafted tamales.

Sides include sweet plantains, Mexican staples like rice and beans, and churros for dessert.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily for both dine-in and takeout.
