There’s a new first-of-its-kind design center open for business in Clifton Park.

This new space is created to change the way homeowners make their selections for their projects.

Gregg Biché, the owner of Quality Design & Remodel, bought the 6,000 square-foot building at 1745 Route 9 in Clifton Park in 2023.

This is the first expansion of the Delmar-based business.

The goal is to make home renovations more efficient, combining each step into one smooth process.

You can work with a designer from start to finish, from starting with a sketch all the way to the finished product.

The space was curated by project designer Nicole Gurney.

With the design team, there is no stone left unturned – from layout and window placement, down to the style and color of outlets and switches.

Each sample in the showroom is the size of what would appear in your home.
