New waterfront tavern opens in historic Coxsackie building

A new Waterfront Tavern is up and running in Coxsackie.
Patrick Henry’s is on South River Street.
The building has some history. It was a mercantile in the early 1900s.
Patrick Henry’s is run by Dominick Purnomo, who owns DP an American Brasserie and Yono’s in Albany.
It is part of the property that will include the James Newbury Hotel when it opens – and Wire Event Center – which is already up and running.
The menu includes calamari, wings, specialty wood fired oven pizzas, a smash burger and more.
It also offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
The restaurant is not currently taking reservations.
Patrick Henry’s is open Tuesday through Saturday. The bar opens at 3 p.m. The kitchen opens at 4 p.m.
