Ollie’s Bar and Grill opens in Schuylerville
There's a new place to dine and drink in historic downtown Schuylerville with the opening of Ollie's Bar & Grill.
Owner Justin Orozco is excited about debuting the new spot, located right on Broad Street.
"It's been a vision of mine for awhile. It's a sports bar in Schuylerville. I've been in the business awhile. My parents own Green Acres in Greenwich, and it's my turn to give it a shot," he said.

Ollie’s aims to offer a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant serves classic pub fare, with a few elevated dishes as specials each day.
The owner is eager to continue establishing Ollie’s as a staple within the Schuylerville community. “Goal for the future? Be here as long as I can. Be a member of this community and just keep building, keep going forward,” he said.
