Popular food truck opens full brick-and-mortar Hoosick Falls restaurant

A new tavern is now open in Hoosick Falls.
The Moose Kaboose Tavern has set up shop in the former Old Hoosick Tavern space on Route 7.
The Moose Kaboose started as a food truck in 2019, selling food at events across the Capital Region.
The food truck is known for its signature burgers and those are on the menu at the restaurant, but the owner says there are also some surprises.
The restaurant plans to be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Thursday through Monday.
The food truck will still be used for special events.
