Schenectady women on mission to match lovers

Still looking for love after Valentine’s Day? Some local matchmakers can help.

Becky Daniels and Gabby Fisher cut the ribbon on a new office space for Micropolitan Matchmakers.

The business is located inside the Palette co-working community on State Street in Schenectady.

Daniels and Fisher say their mission is to help singles find big love in small-to-medium sized regions.

The duo started the company to host events for singles to connect in the aftermath of pandemic restrictions. They found success and demand, and officially launched matchmaking services last year.

Because they have so many clients, they decided an office space was needed.

The matchmakers also kicked off their first singles week, with events for singles to meet in person.
