One of the most famous hotels in Saratoga Springs is now home to luxury condos.
The Residences at the Adelphi Hotel recently celebrated its grand opening. The first owners were welcomed in early June.
Nearly half of the 79 apartments are now sold.
The new development complements the rich history of the hotel, established in 1877, with luxurious 21st century amenities.
There’s private underground parking, a state-of-the-art gym, spa services, a card and game room, and the hotel’s two restaurants – Morrissey’s and Salt & Char.
After a successful Belmont Stakes Festival in June and a record year for Fasig-Tipton’s Saratoga Sale, excitement to live in Saratoga Springs is at an all-time high.
