Wreckage recovered in Osprey crash that killed Pittsfield native

A U.S. military ship has recovered the wreckage of an Osprey that crashed in Japan on Nov. 29.

Air Force Staff Sergeant Jacob Galliher from Pittsfield was killed.

The Osprey aircraft was carrying eight passengers.

Everyone on board died.

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
