Salem woman allegedly sold stolen property

A Salem woman is accused of selling stolen property.

Renay M. Slater, 32, allegedly had the property that had been reported stolen during the course of a burglary investigation, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said.

Slater was charged with criminal possession of stolen property. She was issued an appearance ticket and due in Hebron Town Court later.

The property has been returned to its owner.
