Dietitian: Help kids pick their own healthy foods
Many Children between the ages of 1 and 5 are not getting their daily recommended doses of healthy food, according to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.
There are a couple of reasons why kids may not be eating as many fruits and vegetables as they should.
