Another summer in Saratoga means another week of summer camp at Camp Abilities Saratoga.
It’s a one-week educational sports camp for children and teens who are blind, visually impaired, and deafblind.
The camp is held on the Skidmore Campus and celebrated its ninth year earlier this month.
A service project for the Saratoga Lions Club, the group works year-round to fundraise through grant writing and generous donations so every camper can attend Camp Abilities Saratoga at no cost.
Learn about the unique experience the campers get, and some special recognition the camp recently received by watching the video of Mark Mulholland’s story.
