There was recently a special guest reader at Watervliet Elementary School.

School Resource Officer Tito Negron recently visited Miss Rentz’s first-grade class to read “Brave Every Day” by Trudy Ludwig to students.

A few days later, he stopped by Miss Hoefer’s third-grade class to read “I Promise” by LeBron James.

The students were thrilled to have Officer Negron as their special guest reader. Plus he’s already promised to come back for more story times soon.
