State assemblyman honors 30th anniversary of Schenectady Kids Art Festival

Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara recognized the 30th anniversary of the Schenectady Kids Art Festival at the state Capitol on Mondays, on the floor of the New York State Assembly. 

Santabarbara presented a New York State Assembly proclamation to the Schenectady Kids Art Festival committee members, Mario Johnson, John Deaton, Heather Hutchison and Amy Sonder.
